The Southwest Epigenetics Consortium connects research institutions across the American Southwest. Members share sequencing and methylation cores, contribute to shared datasets, and work to shared protocols and standards maintained by the network.

Why a consortium

Infrastructure most labs cannot build alone.

High-throughput epigenomics is expensive and methodologically demanding. The consortium pools instruments, data, and expertise so member labs can work at a scale and standard that would be out of reach individually. Results return to a shared, open record.
