SWEC 2026 is the annual research meeting of the Southwest Epigenetics Consortium, held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The program covers DNA methylation, chromatin, single-cell epigenomics, and environmental epigenetics through keynotes, invited talks, methods workshops, and poster sessions.
About the meeting
A regional meeting for epigenetics researchers.
SWEC 2026 brings together researchers, trainees, and core-facility staff from the consortium's member institutions and other groups working in the field. The three-day program covers DNA methylation, chromatin, single-cell epigenomics, and environmental epigenetics.
Mornings are given to keynotes and invited talks. Afternoons run hands-on methods workshops and the data analysis clinic. Evenings include poster sessions, the fellowship showcase, and a conference reception.
